- Yes — Qadoo is free to use without any account, subscription, or usage cap, and you can generate as many static QR codes as you want and download them as PNG or SVG.
- Do I need to sign up to generate a QR code?
- No account is required for static QR codes. Open the page, fill in your content, customise the style, and download — you never have to create an account.
- Do Qadoo QR codes expire?
- Static QR codes never expire because they encode your content directly. Anyone with the image can scan it forever, even if Qadoo is offline.
- What types of QR codes can I create?
- URL, plain text, Wi-Fi network credentials, vCard contact details, and more. Switch between types with a tab at the top of the editor.
- Can I customise the colours and style?
- Yes — pick foreground and background colours, choose between square or rounded modules, and optionally add a logo. The preview updates instantly as you edit.
- Is it safe to use a free QR code generator?
- Static QR codes are encoded entirely in your browser, so the content you enter does not leave your device. We do not store, log, or analyse the content of static codes.
